Artist's Comments:
I had the nagging urge to do some Firefly fanart. When that failed, I thought I'd try sketching the different characters first to get a handle on how to draw them a little better (easier to start realistic than to plunge right into a simplified version, oddly enough), and it's of course easiest to start with someone terribly pretty. No, not Mal.
