Author's Comments:
This is probably among the worst things that I wrote for my Writing Fiction class. The assignment can be found in a terrible book called "From Where You Dream" by Robert Olen Butler who seems to think he's the shit because he won a Puliter. He has exactly two good things to say in the entire book: use sensory details and make your characters yearn for something. That's it. Now you don't need to buy it.
The assignment was really more of an outline and forced me to incorporate all the memories and the first person (which I HATE) present tense and the situation and everything else. It was bloody impossible and I really don't like the outcome, but I'm posting everything, so here we are.
