Queen Serenity was having a bad day. Kingdom destroyed, daughter dead, herself almost dead. Needless to say, this is not the best condition to be using the most powerful magical artifact in all existence. So during her wish to reincarnate her kingdom, she skipped a couple of small, unimportant parameters here and there. What was the worst that could happen?
