While this situation probably never happens, you make it seem realistic because they are both so in character. Tenderness would probably be the only thing to undo Pluto, I agree, and Serenity has that in abundance.
My only criticism is that this story goes between past and present tense.

I don't know, it could happen. Maybe. A lot would have to happen to precede it in order for it to make sense, but I could see this possibility as a bit more plausible than some of my other pr0n. XD
