It's one thing to hear about the Senshi being beautiful, inspirational, princesses, beacons of hope, etc (though it's usually Usagi you hear about I do think it's supposed to extend to all of them). It's another to actually see the people they affect from their perspective. I loved the bittersweet tone of the piece and I think you pulled that off perfectly.
I admit though, I actually had to look up who Chad was on Wikipedia, then when I saw I slapped myself on the forehead. Best use of dub continuity I've yet seen -- it wouldn't work nearly as well if it was Yuichiro because Yuichiro would at least be in a familiar place, not an outsider.
