Susan remembers that horrible day when she was shut out forever. She was at a party and wearing a lovely white dress, dancing in the arms of a handsome boy with slicked back hair an army uniform when the song was interrupted. She knows she listened, knows she heard, but all she remembers is screaming for hours and hours and hours until she stopped talking altogether.
She winds up in hospital after hospital, and when she finally does say something about a place called Narnia and talking lions and fauns and fallen queens, she winds up in a very strange hospital indeed. She hears strange talk of magic and other wonderful things. She asks a young girl with vacant but knowing blue eyes if she's in Narnia again. The girl tells her no, tells her she'll never get there again, and Susan never says another word.

It occurs to me that this isn't apparent, so I'll make note. This is a crossover written for Queerditch. The prompt was Susan Pevensie/Luna Lovegood - Remembering Narnia.
There will, one day, be a lengthy Susan centered fic detailing the events described in the first half.
