Written for the MetamorFic_Moon - The Final Showdown challenge on LiveJournal. The prompt was: "Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot and Prongs,” sighed George, patting the heading of the map. “We owe them so much.”
The second proper R/T fic I ever wrote! I always wanted to write about the twins finding out that the men who created their favourite piece of rule-breaking equipment were Sirius Black and their former DADA teacher, so this prompt was a dream come true for me! The challenge was putting enough Remus/Tonks interaction into the scene. As you can see, I still haven't managed to move into full blown romance with them yet but I'm getting there! Note for US readers: flapjacks in the UK are not pancakes but a baked dessert made from oats, butter, brown sugar and honey or syrup. Many thanks to my friend gijane7702 for looking over this and pointing out the difference between a US and a UK flapjack.
