Summary:

When Lily confronts Remus and Sirius with certain questions about the nature of their relationship, they try to write it off. Unfortunately, James and Peter start agreeing with her and pretty soon Sirius and Remus have to fend off everyone's teasing. In this darkened cloud they find a silver lining and a golden opportunity to play a prank on their friends... But they get a lot more out of it than a good laugh. A lot more.

Author's Comments:

Now that the story is complete, I would like to take the opportunity to thank the following people.

Firstly, my reincarnated twin sister, Lia. We may not have had a chance to talk at length in the equivalent of forever, I have to thank you before anyone else. If it wasn't for us occasionally role playing as Remus and Sirius for the heck of it, I never would have come up with this idea. And even though it has taken me forever, and even though it wasn't always fun, it was a lot of the time. I think this has some of the best dialogue I've ever written, and I don't know if I'll ever be funnier than I was in this fic. Thank you so much for your inspiration and your support and I hope that you eventually have time to read this since it wouldn't exist without you.

They will most likely/most definitely never read this, but I also need to thank Lady Jaida and Dorkorific over at LiveJournal for making The Shoebox Project. If you have any interest in Harry Potter, forget about this fic and go read that one because it is infinitely superior. It got me through many a roadblock in AKA, and I am so grateful to them for creating it for all of us to read.

I'd also like to thank Amy for the avatar and the insightful, thoughtful message as well as Dejana, Krysia, and Bunny for responding to my vent and giving me the drive and the desire to actually finish this sucker. The readers owe a lot to you guys, since I would have been okay with abandoning this had you guys not talked me down from the ledge. So thanks for that.

And to the readers and reviewers who have been nothing complimentary and supportive, thank you. You guys are awesome, and I'm so glad that the majority of you have been wonderful throughout this whole process. You guys were the ones who actually made me want to do this and the ones who came to my defense when other people decided to rude or even downright nasty to me. I salute you, fangirls and fanboys, and I hope that you can find other good Wolfstar fics now that this one is over.

You. You!

You wrote something like this, and you never TOLD ME?? You never once took it upon yourself to say, "Hey, Shannon! I wrote this amazing RS fic!!!" Because really, you should have told me. I would have read it, and I would have been an RS shipper much longer ago than just last month.

Actually, I take that back, because in all actuality, you DID tell me. I'm just mad that you didn't tell me on the eve of our meeting of each other, like two years agoish. And... (more)

By far one of the best fan fictions I have ever read. I actually started this fan fiction in the summer. I started to work at Starbucks so because my co-workers were absolutley insane I got completely distracted. I had printed out the first seven chapters and read it during school but lost the chapters in my room. Which by the way is a black hole. The place where I had first started reading this fanfic had stopped linking to this fanfiction. Then, just last week, somehow I had just run across it... (more)

I know very little about the Harry Potter realm(I've only seen the movies) but that doesn't really matter, I still really enjoyed this story. All it took was a little research(and hey, I'm a librarian, it's what I do) and I was all in the know. I'm a big fan of dialogue - I think it's the most important part to a story - and I was blown away by your skills in this piece. I love wacky and witty British humor too and you've got it totally down pat in this, and I will most likely be talking with an... (more)
