Summary:
It goes against royal decree that the Princess should fight, but what happens when they don't find the Princess quick enough and just what does Sailor Moon feel about being the Champion of Love and Justice, and what happens if Luna found the Princess before anyone else? And what does everyone else in the story thinks of what goes on around them?
Lunar Decree states:
Under no circumstance must Lunar Royalty enter into a battle, lest the Silver Imperium Crystal be needed as a last resort. The heir to the throne must never be allowed to battle as it would put the Kingdom at risk, neither must the heir to the throne be taught to battle so there shall be guardians for the heir from the surrounding planets.
