A thoughtful yet entirely 'Faye-like' view of the events of this episode, the story also manages to include Faye's views on both Spike and Jet, and mix her characteristic brashness with a deeply buried vulnerability - buried by Faye herself. The fact that the story is in the present tense adds to the tension and pace, never letting the reader stop and rest for one second as Faye is caught up in events beyond her control. The description of Spike falling from the window is both beautiful and breathtaking - the ending sheer comedy.
Great stuff. ^^

I liked it. It gives an answer to how Spike managed to survive the fall, and how Faye felt about finding out the truth about his past. Now, if you could just do one for the last episode.... :D
