I've always imagined the scene inside the storm to be like this. Saturn telling the princess that there is only one way and Serenity denying that and proving that there is no need for sacrifice if good still prevails.
I love the fact that you had her refer to Chibi Usa as her daughter instead of using her name. It makes Serenity sound that much more determined not to let Hotaru's soul fly. Great job.

This is a powerful conversation between the two opposties; Sailor Moon's determination and optimism against Saturn's surety and fatalism provides a lot of tension and gives food for thought. However, I spotted two errors: Sailor Moon would not use the words "Outer Senshi" and Saturn is not the senshi of rebirth. Sailor Moon is the one who brings rebirth. Other than that, very good!
